Fantasias de mi Retrato Familiar, 2014

Video Installation

Based on secret stories of my life, created from vague memories, real moments, impressions and dreams that I've retained from my early life, have been nurtured to maturity. I work images that tell stories of bygone moments, thus creating an extract from the moment forgotten and illuminate the unconsciousness of those times, evoking a collision of nostalgia and emotions, resulting in self-discovery. During this exploration I show as I am visualizing my future, consequent to the environment around me growing up and the influence of what my family was. In photographs and videos that support my work involved illustrative images with established elements, serving as a cognitive study a curious child.
